Hello, new here, I have a Kubota L1802 diesel tractor here in the Philippines, I need to change the oil, I was wondering if there is a solution I could use to clean the oil filter and reuse the oil filter? Everything is in Japanese on this machine and I'm assuming that it takes 6.3 L of oil but I'm not sure..

Questions:

What is a stardard solvent to use in cleaning the paper oil fiter?

Is there a solution I can use to clean the oil filter with out replacing the oil filter? As in drain the oil and fill it with small amount of new oil then screw oil filter back on?

All and any help with step by step instruction for servicing and changing the oil and or any input in regards to other things I should inspect also.

Do not clean and reuse an oil filter, it will fail and the damage it will cause will be 1000's of time greater than the cost of a new filter!
