Kubota L1501 potential

There is a L1501 in my family that other family members borrow. One family member has no clue how to operate it and constantly tears up things on it. I am hoping to buy the tractor and making it solely mine to save it from the scrap yard. It is a great lil tractor w/ a lot of potential and I am hoping to try and restore it back to new if I am able to acquire it. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth it considering the headache I may have to go through. Is it possible to find new decals for it for a restoration? I have to say I really like that rice paddy tractor.

I am hoping to restore it to original condition plus add a front end loader. Does anyone know of a loader recommended for the 1501? Also where can I get a ROPS for it?

I have an L185, which I think is the closest to what you have. Mine has an L1200 FEL on it, might check with Vic to see if one of them will work for you. Great little tractor, have fun with it. No clue if a ROPS for L185 will work, another guestion for Vic.

I contacted my local Kubota dealer to get a quote on a front end loader, I provided the model # and the North American equilivant and had no idea what I was referring to. I have found several models of front end loaders for the 1501 but which is the best model and easiest to install? Thanks guys for all the assistance.
