I have a KX40 and I have to hit it with a shot of brake clean for it to crank..engine been rebuilt..I was told could have a sticky injector not allowing it to build enough fuel pressure for ECM to signal injectors to inject fuel and they are electric...Is there anywhere I can send these injectors to be checked ?

You need to get better info, all the way around.
Adding anything to these engine to get them to fire is a huge DONT DO IT!
You very easily could have undone a rebuild.
If you had one injector "sticking it would still start.

I am not using Either..I know better...small shot of Brake Clean is all..Im as wits end trying to figure this thing out..You can crank it and run it all day..shut it off and try to recrank it right then and it will not start..no codes are displayed..but when its running blows out alot of black smoke and bogs down at times..only thing left is a bad injector cause those I havnt checked.

Give Oregon Fuel Injection a call and ask if they can test them.
Black smoke is almost always a injector or timing issue.

If you change the injectors you will need to have a dealer reprogram it to accept the new injectors.
