My Church has a Kubota F2100 front mount mower with power steering. I am one of the members that cuts the grass in rotation with 4 or 5 others. The mower is always parked in a secured shed out of the weather when not in use. Just last week a fellow member noticed during a cold snap that the steering was locked up. The weather started warming up yesterday and the steering was freed up again. Is it possible that water is getting in somehow? Condensation maybe?
Abe.

Sounds like you need to grease all of the steering's pivot points!
Yes if it has water in any of the joints it will freeze up.;)
also if it's hydrostatic steering you could be having a fluid flow problem.
