If I add the BX7376 rear Aux kit can I run the BT603 backhoe off those fittings?

No not off the outputs of the valve, but you can break the return line and make that the BH loop.
You will need to make it so you can loop the two together when you do not have the BH on.

And because the BT603 uses three lines you need to add a return to this spot.
If you have a loader it's already has a line attached there, you will need to tee that line.

If you don't need two aux rear controlled ports there are much easier and cheaper ways to add a BH loop.

Curious, it kinda sounds like you're making a BX23S ?
Maybe look at BX23S parts online and use whatever Kubota used ?
Can we assume you'll use the BX23S BH mounting 'plates' ?

On the BX23S the BT603 is actually the first device in the neutral circuit. It is fed by the hose coming off the pump and has a power beyond hose that feeds the inlet on the loader valve. You just need to break the BX2370 loader feed and add couplwrs for the BT603.

The BT603 also has a tank return hose that goes to sump at the same location as the loader valve. You will need to add a connection point with coupler for it.
