Can anyone give me some input on these 3 pt snowblowers. Which one is better then the other and why. Or another brand that would be good for a Kubota BX2660. Thanks

I don’t know the ins and outs of industry when one company buys another, but it is certainly possible that both blowers are made by Land Pride (now owned by Kubota). A cursory view of specs shows the kubota 25lbs heavier, but that could just be options on one are standard on the other.
I could be way off base with the same manufacturer guess, but in any case both Kubota and Land Pride have a quality reputation.
Two features that I consider mandatory on a blower are skid shoes and a cutting edge. 2 years ago i added these plus full hydraulic chute control.
There are other quality blowers out there, and folks have strong opinions about them. I have a Luck Now blower (Canadian) and it is very well built.

Something Ive been looking at is overall construction. Id prefer the front mount but I can get a rear plus a winter cab for the same price as the front setup alone.

Woodmaxx? Has a larger diameter auger but same impeller. Its 48" wide and printed weight is 529 pounds, 129 pounds more than the 51" Landpride.

Weight is not always an indicator of quality. Mahindras weigh alot and the only ones Ive seen in person were in a mechanics bay torn apart.

I really want a front since my back and hip probably wont like being twisted up with a rear mount. I wonder if I could jerry-rig a system to drive around with my seat spun around like using the backhoe....lol

All I know is my Kubota 51" blower for my B2620 is made by RAD Technologies in Quebec.
They are well known and make blowers for many brands including lawn tractors and ATV's.

Not sure who makes Land Pride's blowers.

I just drove over to the Orange lot, they have a BX2816 on a pallet and BX2750C, hitch and shaft on a pallet and a BX5450 with hitch and shaft on another pallet. I can run the older blowers but cant fully open the hood on my new machine. They felt light and honestly crappy.

Theres a Lynx 52" for $1900 which looked great, and another Orange dealer quoted me $2399 for the Rad Blizzard 54". Both are heavy and have much larger augers and impellers.

As much as I dont want to sit sideways, those rear blowers are built like Tanks.
