Kubota B1550 power steering problem

Hey Guys I have another head scratcher...Kubota B1550 Hydro trans .. The power steering is acting up. It is hard to turn, yet sometimes it does seem better for a bit. also has bi speed turn. I have done a hydraulic flush, cleaned all the screens, new filter, new oil . loader and trans work great. The power steering not so good. I can raise the wheels off the ground with the loader and the steering is fine..... Thanks for whatever help you can give....

Power steering issue is a good excuse to buy a shop manual. Likly only needs valve adjustment and you'll find step by step instructions in the manual.
