Safari user here, have never encountered the OP's problem.
You say you are using iOS; does that mean you are on a 'phone' or an 'iPad'?
To me, iOS is the OS of a phone (and possibly an iPad) whereas on a Mac laptop or desktop the operating system would properly be referenced as a 'mac OS' (currently Monterey 12.6 on my MacBook Pro).
If the problem persists, a restart of your device may help. I suspect that it's the device that is causing the issue, possibly overwhelmed by the massive greatness of the Orange!
