I would hit Home Depot, Lowes, or any other store that sells paint and buy whatever paint looks the same.

The wheels should be one of these 2 colors.

Beige 70000-00195
Off White 70000-00211

See this thread posts #94 and #115. The rims get painted but I don’t think @Hugo Habicht posted what he used. Perhaps he will see this and comment on the color choice (but he is in Europe)

For the colour of the wheels I figured RAL 1015 is very close to my original rims, but it looked too yellow-ish compared to some other parts on the tractor so I mixed RAL 1015 with RAL 9010 with a 50:50 ratio.

I am happy with the result, you can see pictures here: G1900 wheels painted (pictures at bottom of post)
