I had the 50 hour service scheduled for my BX23s. My dealer could not get me in for 2-months. I have 57.1 hrs on it and I need to use the tractor now, So I decided to just do it myself.
Went to the dealer, and purchased:
Kubota Hydraulic Oil Filter
Part #HHK20-36990
Kubota Engine Oil Filter
Part #HH150-32430
4-Quarts of Kubota Heavy Duty Engine Oil 10w30 (used 3 quarts, 8 ounces)
1-Quart of Kubota Super UDT2
AIR CLEANER
Part #1G659-11222
Total Cost $77.25
Honestly the hardest part was getting the damn HST fan blade guard off !!!
Drove the front of the BX on ramps, and only lost the Super UDT2 oil that was in the filter..... when I was done and checked the Hydraulic oil level, it was still at it top range..... so i did not add any (but will keep an eye on it)
Honestly, doing the 50 hour service is EASIER that doing a oil change on my '02 Toyota Tundra.
