Get some John Deere break in oil. Change the oil and filter. And fill to capacity with the break in oil. Then put that baby under an 80% load. It will re-seat the rings.

Honestly, at only 4,000 hours, I would be ruling out all the stupid simple stuff first before jumping to an engine issue.

That engines just getting broken in. The only time I've run into head issues with JD 6 cylinders is if they've been hydrolocked or over heated really badly.

Ive never had to have a ring job done on one with 4,000 hours.

I've replaced turbos on them at 4,000 hours.
Ive had to replace the rubber sleeves on the intercooler lines do to loss of boost pressure.

I once had to pull on intercooler and take it to a radiator shop and have it repaired because it had a hole in it.
I thought the intercooler could have been why the bubble issue exists but the issue is still there even if the intercooler is out of the circuit.

I missed that. If your getting bubbles, then you got bigger issues than your boost. Sound like a head gasket

Only thing I had to use like a dyno in the meantime was a water pump. Just to test the blowby, definitely there but I have seen worse and definitely not enough to effect boost.
