Kubota B7001 + an ever growing list of attachments (restored / homemade) :(

I am posting on behalf of a friend. He has a Grandel GL280. He told me that he has issues with the three point hitch. Sounds electronical to him, the 4 warning lamps related to the levelling and lifting come up and render the hydraulics inoperant. after a while they go off and all back to normal.
He dismantled the rear wing and found the "ecu" where the lamps and switches feed in. there are two plugs connected.
is this the likely source of the issues?
any tips?
is it difficult to isolate the electronic system?
