Info on this 1620 tires wheels

I found this 1620 on you tube. Love the Tonka tractor look of it. I hope the link works. My question is are these factory wheels and tires. Would like my future little tractor to look like this. Thanks for any info.

Yes they are stock Kubota wheels, but they are stock to the European market not the North American market.
The USA BX models are similar but not the same.
