Indicator lights - BX2200

Hi. Recently purchased a 2003 BX2200 and I am trying to fix a few little bits to get it into shape. I notice that the indicator light for LEFT works fine (but sometimes stays on all the time????) but the indicator for the RIGHT does not work at all. The bulb appears fine and I also noticed that this is for the rear and front. Any advice as to where to start looking for the fault?

Test the non-working bulb.
Replace the flasher
Test voltage and grounds at contacts in both bulb holders
