My loss could be your gain

In May I bought a 2013 interim TIER 4. L4600' HST, MFWD, FEL w/QA bucket and have 34 hrs on the meter. It does everything a Kubota should do but it's TOO LIGHT for what I want to do and where I'm doing it. Having difficulty locating a M5640 or 7040 so have decided to try to sell the new and wait until I can be sure of what I want as a replacement, maybe even go green? (Say it ain't so!). I paid $25,500 for the rig. What is a fair price and might any members be interested? Was thinking of asking $23k but am looking for suggestions
Located in SW GA / Albany area.
Any ideas?

Have you loaded the tires, added rear wheel weights, and rear ballast?
You will be amazed at the difference that it will make on the performance of the tractor! ;)

Yes, even with the loader full of dirt and loaded tires. The book says the L 4600 weighs about 3200 lbs and then add the 765 loader, not sure what that weighs. The hills between the plots are very steep and I have to back up some of them, and the seed drill weighs about 1800 lbs empty. The 3pt is rated to lift it but there is a major difference between capability and comfort/confidence.
If I can sell the L4600 I make a more reasoned decision on the replacement.
The L4600 was just fine till Woods came out with their PSS series foodplot seeders and a very expensive craving for one has developed. That's why I'm trying to determine a good "deal"price to ask for the L4600

I have not used wheel weights, just loaded tires and weight in bucket. I know barrels of water would be heavier than dirt in the FEL and I'm told loaded tires add stability without damage to the tractor, but I am concerned on just how much extra weight a 3200 lb tractor can carry before something breaks, or at least wears out quickly. The 5640 and loader will weigh 800-1k lbs more than the 4600. A JD 5045 weighs 5100 plus FEL . I didn't pay close attention in high school science class, but learned the scary way the rear axle makes a pretty good fulcrum. Maybe being overly cautious but my DAV son borrows it and don't want to take any more chances with him than Uncle Sam already did.
