Why does the control lever disengage?
Sometimes, when operating a implement that uses hydraulics, the control lever will disengage. The implement operates correctly , but will often disengage when making minor adjustments.
I have seen some guys use a bungee to keep the lever engaged but I am hesitant.
I have a return line that dumps back into the tractor so I don’t think backpressure is an issue.
And I have adjusted flow rates and RPM. This helps but will not eliminate the lever from disengaging.
