Hello,
I have a Kubota B7610 with about 260 hours on it. This has been a great tractor and I try to take really could care of it by maintaining it according to the Kubota schedule. I also inspect it regularly to try to head off any potentially big problems by catching them when they are little problems. I'm not sure when this developed or if it has been here since I've had the tractor but I noticed a slight amount of hydraulic oil around the part pictured in the attachment (red arrow pointing to the area where I'm seeing the fluid). It's not a lot of oil; just enough to notice if you're actually looking to find something. It looks to be an integral part of the hydraulic oil delivery line. I'm not sure what the purpose of this part is but looking at the parts illustration, it appears to have a cap, two bolts and an o-ring. I checked the two bolts and they are tight. It's hard to tell exactly where the oil is seeping from but it seems to be coming from the part labeled as the cap. I'm wondering, is there some sort of gasket that isn't labeled under that cap? Or could that o-ring be defective? I've not taken anything apart yet; I didn't want to do exploratory surgery and end up loosing a bunch of that liquid gold fluid. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
