Hydraulic fluid

So, I quickly searched the forum so I might have missed threads that answer my question, but I figured I would see what you guys say/are doing, I recently bought a 2014 BX25D and it has 240hrs on it, the dealer did a full service before I purchased it so I wont need to do anything to it at the moment but for next season what Hydraulic fluid should I use/what are you guys running, I know as per the manual Kubota wants their specific fluid but are any of you guys running universal 32 hydraulic fluid. Also I have a large amount of Ecoterra 32 Hydraulic Fluid in my shop - it is a "eco friendly" universal fluid that the company I work for uses and I'm wondering if any of you have run that in your tractors and if so how was it, thanks.

I don't see Kubota UDT or sUDT2 in their compatibility list. I personally use sUDT2 in my current tractor, and used Amsoil hydraulic fluid in my previous 3410.

I would run the Kubota S-UDT2 in it......

The fluid you have at the shop is I am sure good stuff, however, for whatever reason - the S-UDT2 stuff is $$$ as hell, but in my opinion is well worth the extra few ducks.

I changed my fluid (BX25D) from whatever was in it in 2013 to S-UDT2 about 50 hours ago, I cannot say it goes faster, digs faster or anything like that.......

what I can tell you.....it is a hellva lot quieter !!!! That HST whine will drive the pope to drink!!!! It will make "rocket man" give up his rockets!!! OK - I had to throw that in there!

I agree with RJ too - amsoil is good stuff!

I have 2 gallons of 75w-90 amsoil coming in this week, changing the fluid in the front end......cost is about $75 ...... good deal of change, but priceless in piece of mind!

Thanks guys, yeah next season when the time comes I will buy the Kubota fluid from the dealer, also any idea roughly on fluid capacity and with this tractor after fill you just use all of the hydraulic components, then leave it running put the loader and the backhoe on the ground and check the fluid level like that right?
