Hello everyone,

I have a 2001 BX22(since new) and just recently purchased a BX2750A for it locally. I was able to recondition the blower and install the unit with the thanks for all the posts I read on this site. I would like to add a hydraulic chute defrector to the FEL control if its possible. I've seen some posts of other members able to accomplish this task, I was wondering if the dump positions of the loader valve could be used. Any infomation or pics would be appriciated.

I plan on doing the same thing. I'll get the surplus center hyd motor number 9-7907, a coupling, fittings and hoses of course. I've read that the right position has two spots, to get the chute to rotate to the right you will need to move the joystick into the second detent position on the right.

Were you planning on using hydraullics for rotation or chute deflection? I'm planning on using the manual crank for rotation for this winter (so snow yet), but will work on the deflection of the snow chute with a piston and some custome brackets for an old oil barrel I remove from a job recently. I'll be drawing up some templates and seeing if it will work. I'll be posting my progress as I go.

Sorry, I miss read your post. I've been thinking about the chute rotation so much, I figured everyone else was too!

I plan on sticking with the current design for the deflector. Good luck with your design.
