Do you lay bucket and tiller on ground with motor shut off?
You should be in the habit of lowering the loader and any implement on the 3ph anytime you shut down the tractor. This is the same state that you would check the fluid.

I have googled it so many times with so many answers...Thanks!!!
On the fluid level end of it, it really doesn't matter where either are at.
Up or down, there is very little difference in fluid level.
I think someone tested and it's less than a quart difference between up and down on the loader.
