help needed adjusting clutch

hi i have a m7500dt,i'm having a problem with the clutch.when i shift gears the tractor won't move,some times it would move slowly.i think i need to adjust the
free play on the the pedel.does this sound right or could it be something else.
i replaced the cluch about 4 years ago,i don't use the tractor very much.

Could be the adjustment, but the problem is if it has been slipping they tend to keep slipping. There should be 1 inch to 1-1/2 inch of free-play in the pedal before you come onto the tension of the clutch. Follow the pedal motion and under the foot-board there should be a link with the adjustment turnbuckle. Push the pedal and watch the direction of motion and loosen the nuts at the turnbuckle and lengthen it if it pulls the clutch lever (lever goes into the case) or shorten it if it pushes the lever. Tighten the nuts to lock the turnbuckle.

When you operate the tractor absolutely remove your foot from the pedal after it is in motion.
