I recently removed the radio from my 2005 B 3030 with a cab. The radio wasn’t working anyway, I literally just cut the harness behind it. Tucked it up with tape so that way there was no bare wires, touching anything. Didn't think any of it, but several weeks have gone by and now when i hit the AC button it lights up. The blower won’t work though. Would the blower have been using a ground or something through the radio? Would love to know anybody thoughts on this.

I took the Piller apart and found the relay and when I turned the knob for the blower motor to come on, the relay tries to kick it on, you can feel the relay click.

thank you.

Does the relay switching action work? These little relays aren't going to sound like a 3ø motor starter. Are you certain that relay is for the fan? Or could it be for the compressor (Disabled unless fan is running. A relay may handle that)?

I thought Kubotas had a plug for the radio, which would mean that chopping the wires shouldn't be necessary.

You need a wiring diagram and something as simple as a 12V probe. I have a selection of meters and testers, but most often for simple stuff, the ol' HF probe is what gets used:

Why didn't you unplug the harness from the socket in the radio?
Check the fuses, there is probably a 10-amp fuse blown. Don't just look at them, use a test light or multi-meter to test them.

We didn't just unplug it because the plug wouldnt fit above the headliner. Clearly that was a bad decision. Any idea where the fuses are?

i have the service manual but it isnt very clear electrically.

:ROFLMAO::giggle::unsure:😂 I had the same problem with them algebra and trigonometry books back in school, they weren't very clear either. 😁
As for harness chopping, my service manual doesn't even mention the subject, much less offer guidance.
