Bought something that was going to ease your worries, and when you needed it, you found out, you didnt have all the parts of the puzzle. Well to day high winds power off and on several time then off! OH BOY I GET TO USE MY NEW GEN SET !!!!!! Now I had it running braking in the motor on some 110volt stuff in the garage, and I have to say it ran well. NOW like I said the power went off, drag it over to the garage door plug the jumper into the breaker box, and yes I know back feeding is bad juju, and try to plug the twist lock in. NOPE wrong twist lock, I made the rash assumption it was the same plug but nope it is an L 14-30 not the 20 amp, grrrrrrr !!! So tomorrow is a trip to lowes or home depot or amazon for a plug and the jumper is #10awg so we are good to go there. Power came back on and I am bummed I couldnt play with the new toy

Well Lowes didnt have the plug I need, HD didnt have one, I even tried RK and TS just on the odd chance they might have one, nada. So I guess amazon is the way to go, ahh well so much for trying to keep your money local.
