Guidelines For Appraising/Pricing a used BX25

Are there any official guidelines for pricing tractors? I'm selling my BX25 and have looked at prices on Craigslist and Tractor House but there doesn't seem to be any official guidelines. BX25 is a 2009 with 362 hours, no issues & 60 inch belly mower. I assume that Spring/Summer is a better time to sell.

Would be worth a phone call to a few local dealers, they should have a general idea of pricing. Compare with local craigslist to be sure inline..

Up here used BX series in good shape with low hours are selling very close to full retail value.
