Here's a couple pictures of a grab handle I've made for my LX2610. It's just some angle iron bolted to existing holes in the left side loader mount with a piece of 3/4" solid rod, and an old inner race from a CV joint welded on top. I think it's kinda cool.

I used the two existing holes on the inside of the loader mount. These pictures are just during the fabrication part, before it was cut at this end to match the angle of the loader mount, and to the proper length at the other end. In the end I used 3/8" Grade 8 bolts, washers and nyloc nuts.

I just looked at the pictures and did not read the posting. That picture bought back memories of having to rebuild those Rzeppa CV joints for a class. Cool way to reuse something.
