Hey all, I have a 2009 M9540 DTC with Hydraulic Shuttle. I noticed the tractor will go from high and low range just fine but only in 1st and 2nd. I can shift over to the 3 and 4 spots but it still feels like it's in 1st or 2nd. Most noteworthy is the tractor will not go over 9.2 mph in high and either 3rd or 4th.

You sure it's not a M9540 DTH?
I don't see a listing for a M9540 DTC.
If it is a DTH, you need to get the WSM (aka Service manual) and read through on how to trouble shoot the issue.
They do a pretty good job in the manuals on how to troubleshoot.
