Been covered on and off.

Most guys/gals seem to like them.

I sharpen my blades myself. Got a couple dings after 5 years...wanted spares..

Got a set of Oregon G6 Gator Blades for my RCK54-23BX MMM. ~$20 each from Amazon. P/N 396-812. ~$67 with tax delivered (no shipping with Amazon Prime).

You guys with other mowers may need to get another P/N!!

Solid. Heavier and wider than OEM K-blades.

Haven't even put them on yet...Talking 1" of snow tonight.

Will be a while before we're mowing in Upstate New Yorkistan!!

I got mine off from eBay with free shipping. I think I paid $57 for a set of 3.

I've found with mine, they work great for grass that's regularly mowed and awesome for chopping leaves. Yard looked like a butchered hair cut the first time I used them on tall grass. But then I was haying the yard instead of mowing  Mowed a second time 5 days later and they did a much better job, even at full speed.

Fast forward to yesterday. Mother nature has been drowning us, so I haven't been able to mow for a couple weeks. Grass was back to almost 2ft tall  Had to go slower for the blades to cut everything and still had to chase after some that didn't want to give up :p

The regular blades that came with my mower do a much better job at faster speeds on overgrown stuff. So I'll probably sharpen those and put them back on the mower, and save the gator blades for leaf season :D

Last week I got a set too, $60 delivered with Amazon prime. After a little snow over the weekend, and more tomorrow, I'm hoping to get a chance to put them on sometime, but that is not looking to be in the near future. We'll see how they work out someday....
