Can anyone help me with this

I thought the gearbox on my mowerdeck went bad. replaced bearings and shafts( all looked good)
i am getting a very nasty noise when i try to turn on the deck.
Kabota dealer wants nothing to do with me

Help please!!!
this is the 3rd time i have used it!! its showing 150 hours.

Are you sure it is the gear box? Isolate the deck by disconnecting the drive shaft and then turn on the pto. If the noise is still there then you have a problem in the tractor. Also check the bearings on the blade spindles. They will make a nasty noise if they have gone bad.
