G1900 Glow Plug Issue

My G1900 seems to have the glow plugs not working. I cannot crank it in cold weather. When I turn the key to the glow plug location the dash light does not come on. I have got it to blink briefly one time.

Just want to see if anyone elese had had a similar issue before.

I got a similar issue, the whole dash in messing up. Sometimes stuff works sometimes it dont. I thought I had bad glow plugs as well but I am sure it is a wiring issue, still working on it.

The glow plugs are controlled by the electronic box ( some call it the brain) on the left side of the engine. The replacement of the box is about $120.00
Repairs to it are about impossible, the back is sealed. Try to by pass the box and run 12 volts to it. If the Gow plugs work its the box. It also could be in the egnition switch but most unlikely.

No, I need a good weekend with no kids. I got in the the heated shop just need to take time and work on it. I will post up, been thinking about just getting the brain box but over 100 I think a good t-shoot is a better start.

A t- shoot Hm maby so and it would be more fun. I am shure that your grass dont grow any more depending where you are. I spend the money on a brain box. Spring will be here earlyer as one will relize. Let me know if you need the elctical schematic. Here is my phone number in case i dont come on line bevore you need it 269-277-4922
