Quick question all, when the mower is running, should the fuel filter be full of fuel? Just one of those questions that bounces around in my head. Thanks! Be safe!

The amount of fuel appearing in the filter is dependent on its level relative to the tank. All you really need to see in the filter is that the outlet is under the surface of the fuel. If you disconnect the outlet side and fuel flows it doesn't really matter how much is seen in the filter. You just need flow from the tank.

No, the filter will never be full of fuel as it is above the fuel level. The only fuel in the filter is what's drawn into it by the pulse pump. If the engine runs, it has enough fuel.
