I have a L3240. The front wheels are supposed to be at a slight angle (closer at the bottom and farther from each other at the top). My “driver-side” is much more plum than the other and it’s making my FEL touch the ground unevenly. How do I adjust the “driver-side” to make it the same as the other side? Thanks in advance!

You don't or I should say you can't adjust that angle.
The wheel tilt angle will have nothing to do with the FEL bucket not hitting evenly.
The rear tires, the FEL mounts, or bent FEL or bucket mounting points are the only things that affects that.
Start with checking the rear tire pressures.
