Front tires toed out. What should it be?

Your manual will give you that information along with how to adjust. If you don't have one they are pretty easy to find online. Not sure what tractor you have.

I'd be checking the tie rod ends for slop first. Toe in about 1/4".

Old school Volkswagen trick. Smash 2 beer cans flat placing under each front tire. With tape measure and chalk set the tow in about 1/16. Miles of trouble free travel. With a tractor you could have bent something without notice.

Here is the page from the Owner's manual on setting toe.

Unless parts are worn or bent, toe is unlikely to change so check carefully with front axle jacked off the ground.
