Front Loader LA350 hydraulic seal leak

Front Loader LA350 hydraulic seal leak on the boom piston. I removed the piston and need to know if I need a special tool to remove the cap on the end of the cylinder where the piston comes through? Also from there is it a fairly easy job to replace the seals, looks like I have to do all of the piston seals?
