Looking for a part number for a woods 650 backhoe frame mount for my L 2850. Or plans on how to build one ie... how it would mount up. Any info would be great, hope this in the right spot to post.

There is no such thing for the that series of backhoe! Current production BH65 only fits B and BX series.

BH75 shows current subframe as a 1016323 to fit your tractor. $1119.00 MSRP with out freight or install.

I think what Pat was trying to say (little harsh there Pat :() is that that model of Backhoe was only a three point model, no sub-frame available.

That's not to say you couldn't get it and make a sub-frame yourself, it's just not going to be easy.
I don't know of any plans for making a sub-frame for it, so you're probably on your own on that.

Newer models of Woods backhoes are made to be sub-frame mounted, but trying to find a sub-frame to fit a 40 year old tractor can sometime be real tough or real expensive. ;)

A woods BH650 and a Woods BH750 use the same subframe. These are not the current production Woods backhoes. They use a ladder type subframe that goes under the tractor and attaches at one point under the rear axle and another point closer to the front of the tractor. Also they have a very heavy duty top link connected to the 3 point mount. Here is an example of the style subframe they use. The subframe stays bolted to the backhoe. Only the two receiver parts stay with the tractor. If you would like I could get some pictures of my BH750 on my B7100.

Well I'll be dipped in ......
I looked for quite a long time for good info and got nothing.
Now my question would be, Is a BH650 too small for good use on a L2850?

A Woods bH650 is the same as a Kubota BL4520. Woods built the backhoe and Kubota sold it as theirs. The kubota parts site lists a L2850 as one of the tractors that the BL4520 is designed for. I think it is small for that size tractor. Woods also built a BH750 which Kubota sold as BL4530. (I have a PDF parts manual that lists it as BL4530. The website lists it as L4530) I think it would be a better size for the tractor.

Tree Man-- if you go to the Kubota parts website you can see the subframes.
