Very nice job,you can get a quick connect from Kubota for your la243 loader bx6315 is the number, no mods just pin it up and go (with tax in Mb. $385.00). I bought 2 last summer we put one on a la211 loader with about 20 mins of grinding and the other on a la243 with no mods. The only problem I had was they package 2 of the wrong pins but they corrected the problem for me.

I forgot to mention it will extend your attachments out about 4" which was good for me, makes it easier to load my trailer.
