First Zero Radius advice

Just sold my Husqvarna riding mower and now in market for my first zero radius mower for my one acre residential lot.

Looking at the Z121S mower........is this mower adequate?....any suggestions or other advice or different model?

I looked at the Z125S and really liked it. It's more money then the Z121S but more horsepower and better components. Have you taken any of them for a test drive yet? Get some seat time and see which one you like after that.

The great thing about buying any Kubota is everything is covered warranty wise through the dealer. Around here some of the dealers file a separate warranty claim for the engine.

I forgot to add that I have an acre lot as well. I maintain some gardens and I just like a tractor so I'm planning on getting a BX1870-1 with FEL and tiller.
