The filter does indeed have a overpressure relief valve. It’s called a “relief valve” or “by-pass valve”…and when the filter becomes excessively dirty…the valve opens and allows the oil to pass around the filter instead of through the filter.

L185DT = 15213-32090
L185F = 15213-32430 ==> 70000-32341
The Wix USA says 51034 is the correct number for both of these models and that your number is a European filter but does not have information about that specific number
