FEL pin question

Morning,
im in the preliminary steps of replacing my pin on FEL with a quick attach adapter.
im wondering if the bolts that hold the bucket pins in place are a one time use and replace, or if they can be reused.
is there a torq spec?

Use them again and put a drop of blue Loctite on them.
