Have a B2650 that has 30 hours on it and while I was doing the grease gun thing I noticed that a couple of the hoses going to the FEL were starting to shred. Seems odd for a machine with only 30 hours on it. Anyone else having this issue?

Wherever the loader was installed, hoses werent routed properly. Looks like wires are breaking too, now its use at your own risk until it gets repaired.

Not shredding... they are chafing.

Need to be adjusted away from the structure for some clearance, or if not able to, have some sort of rub protection put on that edge to protect those hoses.

Probably just a poor set-up job by who ever did the loader installation.

Looks like that sheath should have been slid up the hoses higher, where they are chafing.

Yes, I had the same thing starting. There is a hose covering that should be on there that you just need to slide forward. I got an oversized zip tie to hold it in place, if not it will slide down again exposing the hoses.

Chafing is a good term. Contact your dealer and have hoses replaced. Rerouted and secured with sleeve in proper place.
The rust forming on wire braid is about to cause immediate failure. Will fail under load. I would never trust a hydraulic hose that is rubbed through like that.

So I went into the dealer and they have new hoses on order for me under warranty. No issue.. The funny part is when we went to the brand new tractor on the show room floor to look at the hoses on the loader it had been installed incorrectly as well and the hoses were already chafing. I think is is more bad design for the LA534. Went to look at a LA434 on the floor and the routing of the hoses are much better. Attached a pic of the LA434.
