hi all i have a 2004 kubota bx2200 with a la211 fel . the problem is it seems that when i first start out the loader will not go up unless i find just the right spot with the joystick (somewhere in the middle of all the way back and neutral position of joystick). then to let the loader down i have to put it into float. i do this several times and then everything starts to work just fine. When this is happening the bucket will curl just fine and the 3-point operates just fine. disconnected the loader and reconnected same result. changed hydraulic oil and filter same thing. Would this be a hydraulic valve issue , or maybe drawing air into the system? Any help would be grately appreciated.

Sounds like a loader valve problem to me.
Could even possibly be a ram that has a bad seal.

First is to swap the lines from the roll to the lift and see if the problem moves, if it does it's the valve, or the Quick disconnect on the valve side, they do go bad or get plugged.
If it doesn't move then it's in the ram side of the disconnect or the line or the seals in the ram.
