Electric PTO clutch?

Kubota, in their infinite wisdom, configured the later B7100 such that the rear PTO can be engaged by itself, but the engaging the forward PTO also engages the rear PTO. In fact, the rear then spins at a higher speed!

I'm assuming that re-configuring their design would involve splitting the tractor, if it's even possible at all. So, is there such a thing as an electrically operated clutch that could be inserted between the rear PTO and an implement's drive shaft?

The only 6-spline PTO clutches I've been able to find are overrun clutches and the only electric PTO clutches seem to be for v-belt driven lawn tractors.

JD combines 55 95 and 105 had them on the feeder house. Don't know if it would fit the PTO
