Don't run

[QuickStart]

I just had a L245DT given to me ,,, cleaned the fuel tank , new filter, changed the oil, new battery, tryed to bleed the lines to the injectors,, No luck,, I tryed a shot of starting fluid , as it was rolling over ,, not even a pop.... What should I do???? Ed

Assuming you are warming up the glow plugs fo 10+ seconds, I would next check to make sure the compession relief is not stuck open.

Mine needs 30-60 seconds of glow plug fire on first start of the day depending on ambient temp.
