I need deck bearings for my T1600H. It has a 44" deck but not sure of the model as there is no tag to be found. Does anyone have the correct part number for spindle bearings? Better yet a FAG number?

We are doing deck bearings as you call it on ours . We have a T1600H with a 44" deck. Ours has three blades and the model number is RC44LT. Hope this helps.

Turns out that is what it is, My deck is rough but repairable. I also need the sheeves for the top of the spindles. $50 at Kubota whick is far away. Anyone ever used an aftermarket or sheve from another make that will work?

I needed sheaves for a Kubota 347-8 deck I rebuilt a while back, I was able to get what I needed from Grainger Industrial Supply, Below is the link to the thread with some pics and also a link to Grainger.

Surplus Center also list sheaves(pulleys)

My deck originally had the sheave with a seperate tapered bore bushing so that is what I replaced it with.

I also replaced all the bearings as they were standard 1" bore flange bearings and I manufactured my own new blade adaptors, The link showing my new blade adaptors is below.

I measured my bearings was able to purchase a set of 6 bearings(1 upper & 1 lower for each spindle of a 3 blade deck), I purchased all 6 bearings on eBay for less than $50.00 including shipping.

I think that many of the parts for the decks like the bearings,sheaves/hubs,blade adaptors are SAE and are usually sourced by the mower manufacturers, Making them standardized means that the same bearing/shaft/sheave/hub/blade adaptor can be used on a variety of applications and lessens the amount of different parts needed in a manufacturing process.
