I understand Seattle is proposing a "Vacancy Tax" for unoccupied buildings & office space.

Hamilton,Ontario has that..it's 1% of the MPAC assessment, so $5,000 on a $500k property and NOTHING in Hamilton is less than $500K ! If you forget to fill out the form, there's a $250 'late fee' !!

Stock up before the next pandemic - Charmin Forever Roll!!! Get a stand and 2 rolls (12" diameter each) at Wally-World for $30 (the roll looks enlarged in the picture but it is not a fake). My 3 year old grandson just emptied a regular size roll in about 15 seconds this week. Imagine the fun he's have with this thing.

I'm not sure what my kids eat outside the house, but I swear, I have to plunge their toilet at least once a week. Often times more than that. We could use a roll that size.

As funny as that scene was, I fell off the chair when the end of the principal's office scene panned out to show the big grin on Ike's face after they lost it about "Report it immediately to Beulah Ballbreaker". I still giggle when I think about that scene.
