I have a d722 diesel engine it was leaking out from underneath the flange bolts I took it all apart replaced the o-rings the two o-rings put it back together I thought I did a good job and now it won't start I'm getting fuel into my if fuel injection pump out of my fuel injection pump up to the hose to my fuel injection but it's not coming out the cat when I bleed the system
I took the nozzles off of the fuel injection pump turn the engine over and that is filling up I don't know what to do I know it's not the shut-off solenoid because I disconnected that to where it stayed open in the run position
My fuel coming out of my line into my fuel injection pump is not really excessively flowing it kind of moderately dribbles out any help would be great if anyone has one that could sell me one that would be great too I can't afford 500 bucks for a shot to rebuild it I'm sure that my alignment is off or calibration is off when I put the middle things back in the injector pump as you can tell I have no idea what I'm doing I knew I'd probably screw it up it ran fine but it just leaked diesel fuel so I thought I'd fix it on my own I guess I thought wrong I don't know how to calibrate I don't know

You are correct I do need professional help and with the pump as well
HAHAHA...

I wish I could give you better advice, but that pump needs test equipment to set it.
Oregon Fuel Injection is my go to.

As far as I interpret the original post the injection pump was only taken off the engine. So it was not disassembled.

Is that not a question of aligning the injection timing then?
