d1105 rebuild not starting

i just finally completed my first diesel rebuild. all was pretty straight forward. i feel pretty confident that i have timing correct. fuel is coming back thru the return line. this dude will not fire off. what should i look for?

a good deisel mecanich to check your work.

To begin, what do you have for compression??

thanks for your replies or reply. i had an issue with my fuel shut off switch having a bad ground. just took a little minute to figure out. she is purring like a kitten.
