Spent most of yesterday making a Cultivator/Spring tooth for the B7100.
The square tube is 3" 3/8 thick so it's got enough weight.
The last one I made was 3 tooth and it just didn't have enough weight to work efficiently!
I have found that with a little steel and a few tools I can build most of what I need or want for cheaper than I can buy it pre built.
Besides It keeps me busy and out of trouble.
The springs are bolted to the 3" tube with 1/2" grade 8 bolts.
I drilled the holes for the bolts the drilled two small holes next to the original 1/2" hole, I then fed the bolts inside the tube and into the holes then welded them in place with the 2 smaller holes.
It made for a cleaner look over having long bolts sticking out the top of the tubes.
