ive still not found a serial number anywhere to nail down the year, but it seems to be a pretty solid tractor so far.

purrs like a kitten & ive only got a couple little drips when its not running.

1 at the hydro block on the right side
1 at the left rear of the housing to the axle area

I like the tractor, but I noticed you have a Porter Cable air comp. in your shop, been looking at them at Lowes, do you like it or have you had any trouble with it.

on that compressor: its great for running air tools. its very quiet at 58-62db..

thats the real reason i bought it.. my old one was a direct drive & very loud.

while it runs all teh air tools well..... it does NOT have a big enough tank to paint vehicles with.

got it at tractor supply on sale for $299.

My wife bought me one of those compressors last Christmas.
I have no complaints, it's quiet and it takes care of my needs in my home shop. I use it for spray painting and air tools. Check Tractor Supply pricing before you go to Lowes...it was about $75 less.
