Anyone ever installed tires on a 4wd model different than what it came with?

im trying to find a narrower (12-14”) rear tire for a L4701 but know the diameter ratio from front to back has to be the same as the pre-existing tires the tractor comes with

Calculating that ratio is easy but trying to find tires to match given what I want the rear tires to look like has been impossible

anyone have any insight on this?

Front 8.3-16
Rear 14.9-24

Are both pretty skinny.
How much skinnier do you want to go?

ideally 11-12”

im a produce grower and we have 53” wide beds. My existing tractor has 11” rear tires making the bed top 42”

even at 14” I lose a bed every 17 beds

the dealer said the 8.3/14.9 was for the 2 wheel drive model and not compatible with 4wd

the M6H/M96S would be ideal but I can’t quite justify the investment!

What tractor do you have 11" wide tires on?
Is it the L4310?

Your dealer needs better info!
