It is simple.
The clutch consisting of a pressure plate and clutch disk are rotating because they are connected to the engine flywheel.
The clutch pedal and its linkage are not rotating being attached to the tractor chassis.
When you need to release the clutch, pressure must be applied to the clutcch pressure plate which is rotating.
A bearing (which can easily rotate) is brought into contact with the rotating clutch pressure plate.
This bearing can depress the pressure plate while rotating to deal with the fact that the pressure plate is rotating and the clutch pedal mechanism is stationary.
Many modern clutch release bearings are lubed for life and do not have a grease fitting. Liley your release bearing was replaced by a more modern one than was available when the B8200 was designed. i.e. no greasing required.
The reason your manual contains a caution about limited greasing is that if overdone, the excess grease will get between the clutch disk and flywheel and the engine power will not longer flow to the transmission.

Not sure but on my tractor there is a grease nipple to apply grease to the area that the throw out bearing moves on, which I think is that “clutch release hub” in the manual.

If you are referring to the Blind Plug in the Cluth Housing, you pop it out and the zerk is inside. The zerk only greases the hub sliding on the tube, not the actual bearing its self.
